"Rookie" Album in iOS 8.1?

I had my iPhone 6 swapped out due to a bad screen. After I set up the new one I now have a "Rookie" album between "Events from my Mac" and "Recently Deleted."

It's empty and can't be deleted. Does anyone else have this?
