Room design, show own room with furniture?

Is there a app whereby you can take a photo of your room, and then overlay furniture over it?

For example wanting to buy a new sofa, would like to "see" it in the room first. Once you have the picture of your room, can you then use any picture off a website to add into the room somehow?

Hope I've described what I'm after well enough! It can be either iPhone, iPad or even Mac program.

Can only really see home design ones where you have to manually draw your room etc. I was wanting something where you could maybe take a photo of your room on an iPhone or iPad and then super impose some furniture on it?

Is there anything like this? Anyone help?
