Root to fix: /usr/libexec/cydia/move.sh /usr/include

I've had some problems installing updates on Cydia and have found out its because i've deleted some files that i didn't think were needed in /var/stash.....silly me

I've been told to 'Run this in ssh as root to fix: /usr/libexec/cydia/move.sh /usr/include'

Now i have WinSPC and openSSH but do not have a clue how to do the above...can anyone help me please?

I myself would recommend installing "MobileTerminal 511-1-1" from Cydia instead, much easier doing this directly on your iPhone!

Nothing comes up when i search for that in Cydia.
