Rose Gold S10 vs 11

This is silly but looking to upgrade my pink series 9 and was eyeing the Rose Gold series 11. However I stumbled upon a Reddit post that showed that the series 11 RG might be less rosey than the series 10. Considering the very minor differences I was thinking maybe getting a series 10 instead as I prefer pinker toned but wonder if anybody can confirm that the shades did change?

I know you didn’t ask this, but I would just hold on to the Series 9 for one more year. They all have the same CPU, likely a bigger upgrade will come next year.

Can confirm the change! I had a S10 rose gold that was too pink for my taste, and exchanged it to silver.

I just purchased the S11 rose gold after also seeing that post from Reddit btw because it is definitely not as pink as S10.

sounds like then that i should go with a refurb 10 if i want a ponker watch? thats only one gen from what i have now

Going only 1 generation is needless upgrade. Yeah, I understand you wanting a pinker hue. I"m very fussy about colors too. But I would say, hang on to your S9 and wait for next year.

Yeah I think if you want a pinker one, S10 is pinker than S11. The comparison side by side pictures on that reddit thread is pretty accurate. S11 has a warmer, subtle golden undertone.

If you really want to upgrade from S9 to S10 though, you can probably still get a new one from retailers.

I am also fussy about colour! I'm the opposite of OP though, I thought the S10 was too pink for my skin. After exchanging it to silver, it still wasn't quite right (I wear lots of gold). Ended up selling that silver S10 and go back to rose gold for S11 after seeing that exact Reddit thread about the colour is now being warmer.
