Rotate a video 90 degrees?

Just wondering if there's a quick tool I can use a rotate a video that was shot on a point and shoot digital camera?

Does iMovie do it? I'm not in front of a computer with iMovie so I can't check.

iMovie9 will do it as well.

QuickTime Player 7 (optional install on 10.6) can also do this on-the-fly, if you just want to watch it, and I don't believe you need Pro for that feature. QT Player X, for some reason, lacks the option, though.
