Rotate email picture

Hi i need to rotate a picture thats upside down... Its on my comcast email.. I have a mac desktop computer... I know its probably a simple thing but i don't
have edit on my comcast email page... so i hope someone can please help me
thank you.....Mac OS X version 10.7.5... I use safari... Version 6.0.2.. If that
helps any.. Thanks again

Download the photo from your Comcast email to your Desktop, once downloaded, double click it and it should open with Preview, then go to the Tools menu and select Rotate Left or Rotate Right, you may have to do that more than once to get the orientation correct, when it's how you want it you can go to the File menu and select Save or Save as... to save it.
