Rotate image in Google Chrome

I want to attempt to solve the Sunday Times 'Mephisto' crossword online. However,when I click the link, I am taken to the screen shown in the attachment. I understand that the correct response is to hold down Cmd-Option and launch System Preferences. Then, again holding down those keys, to launch Display. That contains a Rotate-menu. However, I cannot work out how to use that menu to rotate the image to Portrait.
