If you have a multitouch enabled Macbook Pro or Air, you can take two fingers and swivel them.
Tutorial (for Macbook Air, works fine with the other laptops)
goto tools, the rotate
When I do that the WHOLE picture rotates. I am trying to put my face on someone else. But my face needs to be tilted and I need to rotate JUST my face.
