rotate screen hotkey?

Does any one know of an easier way to do a screen rotate (and back again).

Most recent (non apple) monitors can rotate into a vertical position. To actually do this, I open system pref, select monitor, then rotate 90 degrees. I would like to switch between landscape and portrait fairly often and this is a bit cumbersome. any ideas on how to set a a hotkey or simple key combo?

I am using 10.4.9, duo mini, dell 2407.

There is non that I know of, if you know a little Apple Script you could a little automater action to do it for yeah.
