Rotating and cropping video?

Are there any video apps which allows to rotate video then "crop" it and then play the cropped part of video?

Cropping means similar way that pictures are crop to be smaller.

Fiinal Cut Pro X can certainly do that, it's a pretty basic feature I'd expect in any video editing software. Theres a free trial that's fully functional for 30 days: https://www.apple.com/final-cut-pro/trial/

Have not used iMovie for many years, but I think it will also do this and it's included free with every Mac.

Quicktime Player X allows you to rotate video, but I don't believe there's a crop capability. Certainly iMovie and FCPX, as noted above.
