Rotating cycorder video? help please.

So me being a noob and using cycorder for the first time, I didn't know that you have to hold the phone sideways in order for the video to play properly.

So now I put the video on my PC, except its playing sideways, and I'd really like to rotate it 90 degrees.

Any suggestions how to achieve this?
