I've been part of the public beta for iOS 10 from the beginning. No real issues or anything, nothing that wasn't fixed in the subsequent releases. By release 4 I think it was I haven't had a single issue since.
Well, now seeing an issue in iMessages that is somewhat intermittent but more on the happening side then not.
When I am in messages and rotate my phone, the screen goes black and activates the voice message feature. When I rotate it back the message is there for me to send. Restarted etc, it continues. But not every time, I have been able to rotate and use the handwriting function as well as widescreen typing several times.
Really don't want to go for a restore to try and fix it with it being out this early so I might just wait a little bit and avoid rotating and see if its just me or if they release a point fix to include a resolve for it. In PB or not.
