Rotation bug with 4.1 "photo album"?

happens to me often where it wont rotate photos to landscape mode. accelermotor still works because i test it on safari.

but the only way to get it working again is quit photos app from backgrounder and open it again. and i think sometimes closing the camera/photos apps combination does it too.

anyone else?
