My rotation lock is "on". Don't know how it got turned on. Want it off. Search says to double click home button to bring up multi tasking then swipe to right and use ipod controls. I have no ipod controls in multi tasking bar. What am I missing?

You have to swipe the multitasking bar to the right, you will see play buttons and a rotation lock button.
