So I am doing my restore from iCloud I got all my apps and such, but noticed my pics still are not done, been over an hour. I think it is frozen cause its been on 248/1500 for awhile now, is there a fix for when this happens, or is it always THIS slow? Thanks..

icloud as in photostream? it only restores the last 30 days/1000 photos, whichever it hits first. this is the main reason i turned this off and decided to use itunes to back photos up. it took my phone about 8 minutes or so to restore/sync about 800 pics.

iCloud backup and Photostream isn't the same, iCloud is fine for backing up all photos/videos on the device while Photostream is only as you say. I've backed up and restored from iCloud, and gotten all my media restored.

Took a while for me too. I think having the iPhone plugged into the charger sped things up.
