I found myself without any credit on my phone last week and needed to make an urgent call. With no phone boxes in sight I pulled out my ipod touch and decided to let the WiFi detect any wireless points.....within seconds it detected 5. four access points were secure and the the 5th wasn't.
So Without hesitation I piggy-backed the line and sent a text message from my online orange account to the person I was trying to contact. What can I say - worked a treat. Problem sorted.
