Route Safari audio to another application

I've yet to upgrade to SL, so while working with Leopard still, I want to find a way to route Safari audio (YouTube, etc.) to another application like Skype so that people on the other line can hear it. I downloaded SoundFlower, but that doesn't seem to work as well with apps like Safari. It worked great for QT, but it's not quite what I was looking for.

Any other suggestions?
