I've got a 17" intel imac that doesn't use the "n" band for a router ("g" is the fastest) and also just purchased a new imac that can use the "n" band. Will the wireless "n" routers also work with my older 17" imac as well, will the whole signal speed be dropped to "g", or do the routers maximize the speed of each receiving computer?
I'm sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find the answer searching the forum and on google.
