Hope this is the best place to post this????

My house is finally getting off satellite internet but now we are facing a monthly 12GB usage cap before the $$$$$start. I am looking to buy a new router that supports managing bandwidth by MAC address if possible. I don't really want to try flashing a router myself and would like something with the capabilities built in but have been going in circles in my research. My home network has machines with 10.7, 10.6, windows , iOS, and android. I would like to be able to manage the router from my older mac pro running 10.7 which is the only device besides the printer that is wired to the router. Thanks
