Router Wifi Problems

Hi, I've got a d link 524 router and its not working properly with my ipod. It shows 3 bars and anything that requires wifi (except for youtube and maps for some reason) doesnt work.
If i set my mac as a wireless router and connect the ipod to that it works perfectly.
What settings should i change on my router?

Are you using an external DNS server on your router (ex. OpenDNS or Google DNS).

I'm not sure what that means but if i go to network next to dns server its: 89.101.160.4, 192.168.0.1
Should there be two of them?

Yes, but those seem kind of awkward. Type these in instead:

208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220
