Routine cleanups....

What are some good regular maintance cleanup you can do on your IMac? I am referring to clearing files, just routine things...

not having any issues with mine but then again its new and I would like to keep it as "clean" as possible...

Go to Disk Utility and repair permissions once every couple of weeks or after you install anything from Microsoft.

thanks. also someone told me about running the "cache" and also to empty trash files?
