Routing Printer though a certain connection

Hi,
I have a Network printer and 2 internet connections on my computer,
and only one of the connections is setup though our network, and able to print,
is there a way to keep both connections active, one through airport and one though Ethernet and still print, right now i have to disable ethernet everytime i need to print, please let me know, thanks, it's set up as an IP printer,
