Roxio launches Toast 10 - more bloated and expensive than ever before

New version of Toast launched in two flavours

The upgrade to version eight cost me £30 not that long ago. This time, the cheapest update is more than double that. Is Roxio making the same mistakes and heading for the same fall from grace as Nero on Windows, since version 9 was not all that, anyway?

I am still happily using Toast 8 and see no reason to upgrade, particularly at these prices.

I agree with your comment regarding them going off the same cliff Nero did.

I currently use the free program "burn" but I'd like something like toast that is full featured. Do they ever have trial versions of toast? I can't find a link on the Roxio site and I don't want to buy it without trying it first like I do with other software. Or is there another program similar to toast that you would recommend
