Roxio Popcorn issue – section 0, verification failed

Hi folks,

Trying to back up some dvds on popcorn 3.0.2 but right when the verification begins, I get an error message that reads something like, "sector 0 couldn't be read, verification failed." I didn't have any such problems in the past. What's going on? I tried using lens cleaner thinking the drive was dirty but it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?
