Roxio Toast 11 Titanium

I purchased a external bluray/dvd/cd writer and it will not play any store bought bluray disks such as music concerts on my 2008 24 in Imac. I installed Roxio Toast 11 Titanium and it only plays bluray disks that you burn yourself, very disappointed..

is there something else?
