Roxio Toast Burning

So when you export from FCPX and its a big 4gb file .mov, you put it into toast and it only takes about 100mb on the disc burn.

So my question is this, what is the best export for Roxio Toast. It is obviously compressing the .mov file. This happen to anyone else?
