Ok.

I am doing freelance work for a TV station. The producer of the TV station (my client) is not a honest person. He sent us 2 girls to do two videos (one each), it was a 3 minute segments.

He told the girls the video was a casting, the girls didn't sign any release note. But he is now using those videos with those girls on TV. The girls were the hostess of the videos, they made the interview on each.

Now... I live in Miami FL. Where can I find about the legal implementation of this case? I believe they can suit the TV station but for how much and what would be the correct procedure. One of the girls is a friend of mine.

Thank you.

If you are working freelance you should never hand over your work without payment. The advice you are asking for would be much better if you consult a solicitor. Most people on this forum are not Perry Mason (I Think).
Go into his office and say you want payment for showing my VIDEO?????
