I have a external HDD which I want to sell on eBay.

I want to put the correct information about its memory and rpm.

Where can I find these information?

With memory I dont mean the capacity. ( like 320 GB, 250 GB )

Get the actual drive model number, and do a search.

You should be able to find a technical specifications sheet, provided it isn't ancient.
