RS232 rMBP 13'' (serial port)

Hello,
I'm just wondering if there is any kind of converter or adapter (USB) to serial port (RS232).
I heard about a vendor from Thailand that supports mac os. ( http://www.amazon.com/Male-RS232-Cable-Connector-Disk/dp/B00404N0IQ )
But the problem is I can't buy it from ebay or amazon. I just can't.
So, there is any other adapter that you find normally across the globe?

The best supported one out there (from a drivers perspective) is made by KeySpan (now branded Tripp Lite). We use them on old hardware in our lab and they work flawlessly.
