Hello guys,

For those of you who are familiar with the the ray samuels audio predator, you should know that it is supposed to work fine with any mac computer. However, my mac is a little different. The USB DAC section of the amp sounds terrible when plugged to my mac and listening to audio on Itunes, quicktime pro, vlc, dvd etc... I does sound great on youtube and quicktime 7 though, which I found to be very weird. I've tried everything from chaging the settings on the midi setup to restoring my mac to a much earlier date to see if a software clash had caused the problem, but got nothing out of it. My predator sounds perfect with any windows pc; I've yet to try it with another mac, but I see no reason why it would'nt sound good because I know it's not a hardware problem but more of a software problem. I am very frustrated as to why it sounds like crap with most media players on my mac, but performs wonderfully on other windows systems. Could anyone help me solve my problem.

Thanks!
