RSS Feed Generator

Hello guys

I'm looking for a freeware RSS Feed Generator to create, edit and publish an RSS feed, but I found only 2 programs (Feeder from Reinveted Software and FeedForAll) and they are a bit expensive (40$) for the minimum use I have to do. Do you know some free (or cheaper) programs like those?
