Is there anyway that I can see a full article in NewsRack without having to click on the link to open the article in a new tab? I subscribed to the Macrumors feed and its only shows me the first few lines of the article, no photos or anything. Does anyone have any advice? or a way to solve this problem? thanks!

That has nothing to do with NewsRack. It depends on how the news source, MacRumors in your example, sets up the RSS feed. Some provide only the first paragraph or so of the article and others provide the entire article. Nothing in NewsRack or any other RSS app can change that.
