RSS view in Safari? But not as default viewer

Is there a way to view feeds in Safari even though it is not the default viewer?

I have separate app that syncs with Google Reader, but I don't want to add a new subscription, I just want to view the feed (a craigslist rss) in Safari.

I type feed://....craigslist.org/... but it opens Gruml unless I set Safari as default. Perhaps a mod through terminal? I don't need a plug, safari view is fine.
