Rubber around iPhone 3G earbuds is fraying...

Would Apple send me a new set? I bought the phone in Canada and I'm in Korea now. How would I go about this since I can't dial 1-800 numbers from here?

Pretty sure they should have multi-lingual agents on hand there. And yeah, they oughta be able to send replacement earbuds.
