Rubber band-like case/shield for iPhone 4/4S??

Does anyone know of a case or shield that can be applied to the metal sides of an iPhone 4 or 4S that has the same consistency and thickness of something like a rubber band stretched around the phone? I want to stop using the case but I can't stand the way the phone feels in my hand, particularly along the bottom where it rests against my pinky when I'm holding it. Yes, I know, this is a severe case of OCD.

Something like an Invisible Shield or Lucky Labs Spectra Wrap should work.

Lucky Labs strips look a little bit tacky even when fitted with care.
