I use a mbp late 2013 as a desktop, it's very well treated, no visible wear and tear besides the fact that
It seems that the rubber close to the lid opener started degrade for some reason
I noticed some small "black dirt" in keyboard and i never understand why and there isn't much info about this thing.

I found a screenshot in apple forums from an user that has the rubber melting, despite my rubber didn't melt it looks a lot like mine, specifically in the lid opener.

Anyone having the same issue ?

Yes. My 2012 MBP 13 inch looks just like that. I attribute it to the oils, dirt, etc. on your fingers when you open the lid along with the age and natural degredation of rubber. I don't consider it a problem, it just comes from using the computer.
