rubber insert between the screen and chrome

On my second 16 Gb balck and my issue is the rubber band between screen and chrome part is not even at all and dust and hair get in there and it is very annoyng, my buds 16 is perfect. i took it genius and they gave me the usual "it is within the spec" bullsh*t. anyway very annoyd about that. anyone else notice that or is it just me?

I had a small section of it missing from the bottom right corner of my 16GB black.

UPS have just thrown a replacement at me this morning.
