According to ifans.com, AT&T might charge for FaceTime usage. They say that some user encountered a dialog box similar to what an AT&T user who doesn't have "Personal Hotspot" enabled on his account sees when he or she taps "Set Up Personal Hotspot."
Now, I for one can't reproduce the same dialog box. This looks like a bug to me. Would such a change affect me after I download the public release or after the contract on my phone expires? I think it will affect me after the contract expires. After all, AT&T legally can't change the existing contract.
