Well, I decided to hop on a bus and went straight to this location (driving there is a mess, as parking is absolutely terrible, so thank you Valley Metro route 72!). Well, it seems the rumors are coming true as this building as you can see looks exactly like those pictures that were filed!
Thankfully it wasn't a total waste of a bus trip, I got a new iPhone X from the AT&T store across the street!
