Are there any rumors about Apple releasing high end headphones (with ANC) any time soon?

Not soon. Has it been a rumored the past, yes. But it’s not something that’s really been resurfaced, although a different/revamped version of AirPods was expected to lunch sometime in fall 2019, that’s also not likely either.
