No one could have been surprised by anything announced. Not one thing they presented today wasn't known ahead of time. So much for the days of being surprised by their announcements. Those days are over.

While they got the majority right, there were still some definite surprises that the rumors didn't catch or got wrong:
- 64 bit iOS via A7 process
- iPhone 5C does not have a cheap off contract price
