Wow. The OP's picture looks pretty frickin' real. Lighting is perfect, image artifacts are present. I think that might be it. Second image is an obvious Photoshop job.

I got it from a Chinese university's BBS. And, more interesting, the campus of this univ is very close to the factory of Apple's manufacturer in Shanghai.

top one is friggin awesome and most likely, with black apple on the cover instead of white. If working in a chinese apple factory had beter pay and better working conditions i would move there... think about it, for months you have the best technology unavailable to the public. It makes me shiver.
