Run 2 Instances of Activity Monitor ?

I am trying to find a way to run 2 instances of activity monitor - I want to be able monitor memory and cpu in the dock at the same time - any ideas?

I tried making a duplicate but it ran into the permissions issues not sure how to add system to the permissions of an app

I'm on Leopard FYI
