Hi there! So I have a question I hope you can help me with. I have a macintosh powerbook 5300 and a program I use for music and tracking all the time. The computer is obviously just a bit outdated, but works great mostly. But so far I haven't been able to find anything like the program I use for a modern mac or any other OS.. so my question is, is there any way I can run the OS from my power book on a newer macbook? I have seen it done on windows before. It opens a screen and has an older version of windows. As if it had the old version as an application or something. Just wondering if you have any insight on the matter, thanks for your time!

Sheep saver is really your only option. It is a PowerPC emulator program. You can run your apps off it. I'm assuming you are on OS 8 or 7 on your PowerBook 5300.
