Run file BIN on OS

hi could everybody tell me how to run file BIN on MAC OS ,i have just update my MSN but it could be installed so far.

If I understand what you mean correctly, you have a compressed file that can be uncompressed by StuffIt Expander, which is free.

It's a format that fell mostly out of favor in the Mac community but used to be popular about 6-9 years ago. A few companies still use it.
