Run MacOS mojave in Windows with Virtualbox?

i was wondering if there is any attempt to make a Virtualbox VM hackintosh on Windows that runs macOS Mojave?

All of the instances of running macOS within a VM have been with VMware Fusion. I'm not sure its possible with VirtualBox, but then I've not really done any research on it.

Wouldn't matter, it's against the license, which says you can only virtualize OS X on Apple hardware.
