I love Safari 4. It's fast, simple, and does just about everything I need. Extensions aren't too important to me. Plus, it looks nice due its native look compared to other browsers. However, I do not like that I am unable to run or open downloads. It'd be nice to simply run or open a Word file without having to save it to the Downloads folder. I am a student, so I open a lot of Word and PDF files all the time that do not need saving.

Is there something similar like the Firefox extension "OpenDownload" for Safari? Or is there some way I can just run or open things without having to save them first?
