Hi guys. I'm sure I'll get attacked from this or told to go buy a Mac, but I am curious if there is a way to run a Mac on my Windows machine.

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
6.00 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro

Thanks,
Seth

You *can* configure a virtual to get OS X running, but it will be Leopard, and it will be slooooow. Slow. It was for me, anyways. And a PITA to boot.

Next best thing, get one of the bootloaders like Empire EFI, Chameleon, etc, and make you a Hackintosh. To be safe, swap out your HD first with another SATA drive, keep your Windows install safe.

Sooner or later, you will want the total user experience. You'll get a Mac. But you will have a lot of fun tweaking in the meantime. Good luck!

Have you looked into turning your current machine into a hackintosh? I'm no expert, but with a bit of searching, it seems you might have the right hardware for it....
