Run Workflow Outside the Automator

I had created a workflow which simply play a radio station in iTune. I can run the workflow within the Automator using the Run Button. But when I try to run the workflow by using Finder or iCal, the Automator will pop up with the workflow shown but it won't run. But as soon as I click the Run Button it works all right, but that defeat the purpose if I try to set up iMac as an alarm clock.

Your help is appreciated (because Apple does not support Automator sadly. I got got off the phone with their advisors.)

In Automator, go to the File menu, and choose Save As.... Set the File Format to Application.
