Okay, here's the 411.
I have a script written as a Application using Automator to limit my maximum Fan Speed on my MacBook Air. Reason? I tend to use my system in places such as a Library or meetings and the fans running at 6200rpm is frankly, embarrassing. Now, I have a script that runs automatically when the system is logged in to limit the fan speed to 4000RPM (Just borderline silent).
Now the problem here is that, I put my system to sleep maybe 2-3 times a day, sometimes more. When the system resumes, the script telling the fan to be limited at a certain RPM is reset. Sometimes I'm too stupid to re-run the script and all of a sudden my fan goes crazy without my knowing.
Is there a method, in which I can make OSX automatically re-run a shell script on resume from standby?
